Mood and Gratitude Journal Printable | Undated Daily Mood Tracker & Three Good Things Journal | A4 PDF
€5.00
Some days you can't say how you feel beyond "fine" or "not great". And by the end of the month you can't remember which days were which.
That makes it hard to know what actually helps. Is it sleep? Getting outside? Seeing a certain friend? Saying no to one more plan? The answers are usually there, spread across ordinary days that are gone before you notice them.
This journal takes about five minutes. Name your mood in one word, give it a score, write three small good things, and note what helped and what you need. Once a week, look back. Once a month, colour the overview grid and see the shape of it. Over time you build a page of what helps you, in your own words.
