Terms of Sale – Digital Products

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase of a digital product from our-mind-decoded.com. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with the Refund Policy, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. The seller

Products are sold by Gizella Nagyne Palinkas, sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), registered in Hungary.

The contract language is English.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy a product. Products are sold for personal use.

3. The products

Mind Decoded sells downloadable digital products, such as ebooks, PDF guides, journals, workbooks, printables and bundles. Each product page states the format (for example PDF or EPUB), the approximate length or number of pages, and what is included. Images on product pages are illustrations; the product description is what you are buying.

Products are educational. They are not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace a qualified professional. The Disclaimer applies to all products.

4. Technical requirements

To use a product you need a device that can open the stated file format, such as a free PDF reader for PDF files or an ereader app for EPUB files, and an internet connection to download it. Printables are designed for A4 and US Letter paper unless the product page says otherwise. Please check that you can open the format before you buy.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) on the product page and at checkout. [VAT STATEMENT – for example: "Prices include VAT where applicable" or "The seller is exempt from VAT under section 187 of Hungarian Act CXXVII of 2007; no VAT is charged." Confirm the correct wording with your accountant.]

Payment is taken at checkout through [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in euros; that fee is not set by us.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order before delivery and refund any payment in full.

6. How the contract is formed

1. You add a product to your bag and go to checkout.

2. You enter your details, review your order, and tick the box(es) consenting to immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of your right of withdrawal.

3. You click the button to pay. This is a binding order with an obligation to pay.

4. The contract is formed when your payment is accepted and we send the order confirmation email.

You can correct any input errors on the checkout page before you click to pay.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment, through a download link on the confirmation page, by email, or both. If you have not received your product within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will resend it.

Download links may expire after a set period or number of downloads. Please save a copy of your files to your own device. If a link has expired, email us with your order number and we will reissue it.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

All sales are final once delivery has started. The details, including when your 14-day right of withdrawal ends and the remedies you keep if a product is faulty or not delivered, are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Licence: what you can do with a product

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. The copyright stays with Mind Decoded.

You may:

• download, read and keep the product on your own devices;

• print printables and worksheets for your own personal use, as many times as you need.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload, resell or give away the files, or any part of them;

• post the content publicly, including on social media, file-sharing sites or in group chats;

• use the content to create courses, products, or training for artificial-intelligence systems;

• remove copyright notices from the files.

If you want to use a product with a group, a class or clients, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] to ask about a separate licence. If you breach this licence, it ends automatically, and we may take legal action to protect our copyright.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and work as stated. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for results you do or don't achieve by using a product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Complaints

Send any complaint to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 30 days. If we can't agree, you can contact [CONCILIATION BOARD], or the consumer authority in your country if you live elsewhere in the EU.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
